Noam Chomsky has been for decades the most articulate and informed critic of American foreign policy. Chomsky can cite chapter and verse, and name names and dates, on the US (CIA, mostly) interference in elections, assassinations, nation-building, extraordinary renditions, drone strikes, etc. His position comes from knowledge, observation and experience. Your commentor is simply libeling Chomsky.

For many years, Chomsky's views on linguistics dominated the field. More recently, research has indicated that language originates from the simultaneous interaction of several parts of the brain, not the single "language organ" that Chomsky theorized. (cf. Steven Pinker, et al)
