Much as we need smaller, more attainable solutions in the housing market, tiny houses may not be the definitive answer.

Most zoning districts allow an accessory dwelling unit, a smaller house on the same property. Some will work with cottage or cluster housing development. Be pro-active. Work harder, get smarter.
